Both Tier I and Tier II also include one limited / problem-focused exam and a single X-ray per year. An oral exam includes a general health assessment, dental caries check, periodontal evaluation, oral cancer exam, sleep apnea screening, and diagnostic photos as needed.

Membership details
No — it's a membership savings plan, not a dental insurance plan. It's exclusive to Snow Tree Dental, isn't transferable, and can't be combined with dental insurance, worker's comp, medical insurance, discount plans, or other specials.
The annual membership fee is due in full upon registration. Membership becomes effective on the date your initial payment is received and is eligible for renewal after 12 full months.
Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated missed appointments may end the membership, and membership fees aren't refundable. To get the most from your plan, we recommend booking all your included visits within the 12-month period.
The plan covers the care we provide in our office; any treatment outside the scope of our practice isn't included. Membership fees may be reviewed and adjusted each year, with advance notice.
